It is currently produced by DirecTV Sports Networks and is syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks. The three-hour program debuted on October 1, 2007. It is broadcast weekdays live beginning at 9 am Eastern. The current show is a successor to the original Dan Patrick Show, which aired from 1999 to 2007 on ESPN Radio weekdays at 1 pm Eastern/10 am Pacific.
