Since then, they have toured with bands like Slayer, Slipknot, Mastodon, God Forbid, Killswitch Engage, CKY, Gwar, Mushroomhead, Dope, Hatebreed and more. In 2005, the band was signed to Victory Records. After their debut was reissued in January 2006, they entered Audiohammer Studios with Jason Suecof to begin work on Embrace the Gutter, which was released on May 16, 2006. After completing Embrace the Gutter and a few national tours, singer Dennis Miller quit the band to pursue a normal life. The band continued on and eventually chose good touring friend Matt McChesney from Hell Within to replace him. The band also separated with original drummer Nick Gelyon in the studio during the recording of Embrace the Gutter due to inner band issues. He was replaced by Brian Sculley soon after. Bassist Sean Robbins left the band in 2008 due to disagreements regarding his addictions. He has been replaced in the band by Mike Poggione. The band's next album, Fear Will Cast No Shadow was released on October 30, 2007 with new singer Matt McChesney. The band has been touring in support of this album since March 2009, when they went back into the studio with Mark Lewis at AudioHammer Studios. The have since completed their new album Requiem, which was released on June 9, 2009 on Victory Records. Their last single "Silence and Goodbye" made its debut on MTV'S Headbangers Ball on April 5. In their 10 year long career, they have sold an estimated 60,000 CD's in the U.S.
