The Acacia Strain is an American Deathcore band from Chicopee, Massachusetts, formed in 2001. They have been together since 2001, but have undergone many member changes, and have four studio albums, as well as a split album with Loyal to the Grave on which they cover "Seasons in the Abyss", originally recorded by Slayer. The band has worked with acclaimed producers Adam Dutkiewicz and Zeuss. The band used to employ three guitar players, however currently only has one.
