Tamegroute (Tamgrout) is a village in the south of Morocco, in the valley of the Draa River. It has a history as an important center of learning and religion through its famous Sufi zawiya, historical center of the Nasiriyya Sufi order, one of the most influential - and at one time one of the largest - Sufi orders in the Islamic world. Tamegoute's green pottery is also very well known.

- Tamegrouteest une ville du Maroc, située à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Zagora, sur l'ancienne route de Tombouctou, dans la vallée du Drâa. La ville, d'environ 6000 habitants, se compose de plusieurs ksours reliés les uns aux autres, au centre desquels se trouve la Zaouïa Naciria. Celle-ci abrite une très riche bibliothèque dont les plus anciens ouvrages conservés datent du XIe siècle, calligraphiés au brou de noix, safran, henné ou or, sur des parchemins en peau de gazelle. Il s'agit d'ouvrages scientifiques et littéraires, ainsi que de recueils religieux. Tamegroute héberge aussi plusieurs ateliers artisanaux de poterie qui confectionnent des objets usuels, plats à tagine, assiettes, bols, tasses, carrelages, de couleur verte, dans des fours chauffés avec des palmes et du petit bois sec.
