TMF UK is a music video and entertainment channel in the United Kingdom (which also broadcasts to Ireland), owned by MTV Networks Europe and is originally a Dutch channel. Formed after the two other TMF stations, which are based in mainland Europe, the channel was created to counter against EMAP's The Hits channel on the new free-to-air digital television service Freeview in 2002.

Upon launch, TMF UK's description was "TMF is designed to replicate the rhythms of the whole family, playing the best pop videos with the biggest pop stars to become the sound track to the British family life. " However, it has now broadened its content to show programmes from its sister channels MTV, VH1, Nick Jr and Comedy Central, so no longer relies on just music videos. TMF UK's current Freeview channel is channel 21, and the channel broadcasts on Multiplex D. The channel also broadcasts on cable and satellite television, as well as in some Irish cable packages (it has 'text-in' numbers for both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland). The channel shows a mixture of music videos and programmes, and is currently the most viewed music video related station in the UK, according to BARB ratings. TMF UK had a new look on screen graphics in March 2008 to match the other MTV UK channels. The previous on screen graphics were used since July 2005 and the original on screen graphics were used since October 2002. The original DOG was on the top right of the screen, it has been moved to the top left of the screen since July 2005. Interestingly enough, the new look TMF UK still uses the old pre-2007 TMF logo where as both the Dutch and Belgian TMF channels adapted the new logo. The DOG on music programmes is TMF: Music.

De Nederlandse TMF Awards worden op TMF UK, ingekort en ondertiteld, ongeveer een week later uitgezonden dan in Nederland, de Vlaamse TMF Awards zijn in het Verenigd Koninkrijk niet te zien. TMF UK's Freeview frequentie in Groot-Brittannië is Kanaal 21. In de republiek Ierland zendt TMF UK alleen 's avonds uit, op het kanaal van Nickelodeon.
