TC Electronic is a Danish audio equipment manufacturer, founded by two brothers, Kim and John Rishøj, in 1976. Its product range includes guitar effects, audio interfaces, audio software, equalisers, studio processors and computer hardware. TC Electronic created the TC Group in the year 2002 after acquiring TGI plc. TGI was consisting of Tannoy, GLL Goodman, Lab. Gruppen and Martin Audio. Martin Audio was sold again and Goodman was closed.
