Stephen M. Reasoner (May 7, 1944 – August 14, 2004) was a United States federal judge. Reasoner was born in Houston, Texas. He received a B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1966. He received a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1969. He was in the United States Army Reserve from 1969 to 1973. He was in private practice in Jonesboro, Arkansas from 1969 to 1988. Reasoner was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
