Stephen (Steve) Dunnett (born 28 January 1950) is a British neuroscientist, and among the most highly cited researchers in the neurosciences. He is a professor at Cardiff University and the founder and co-director of the Brain Repair Group, where he works on developing cell therapies for neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's disease and Huntington's disease. He is also editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Brain Research Bulletin.
