Stebro was a Canadian constructor of Formula Junior racing cars. A Stebro FJunior fitted with an enlarged Ford 105E engine appeared in one Formula One Grand Prix, the 1963 United States Grand Prix. The car was driven by Peter Broeker and competed against the top Formula One cars of the day, with a best finish of 7th place, one spot removed from an F1 contructors point. Today, Stebro is a manufacturer of stainless steel performance exhaust systems for European cars.

Partito ventunesimo (a 15 secondi dal tempo del poleman Graham Hill) sfiorò la zona punti, ottenendo il settimo posto, anche se a 22 giri del vincitore. Il motore che spingeva la vettura era un Ford, curiosamente però non Cosworth.

Za kierownicą samochodu z numerem 21 o oznaczeniu Mk IV z silnikiem Ford S4 zasiadł Peter Broeker (drugim zgłoszonym przez zespół kierowcą był Kanadyjczyk Ernie de Vos, ale nie wystartował z powodu braku bolidu). Broeker zajął w tamtym wyścigu ostatnie, siódme miejsce, z 22 okrążeniami straty do zwycięzcy, co nie dało ani jemu, ani jego zespołowi punktów.
