Auch Stanisław Przybyszewski solidarisierte sich mit Brzozowski. Die Anschuldigungen blieben unaufgeklärt, beschleunigten aber den gesundheitlichen Zusammenbruch Brozowskis. Brzozowskis Arbeiten beeinflussten zahlreiche polnische Intellektuelle wie Andrzej Trzebiński, Czesław Miłosz und Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz.
