The school celebrated its best ever GCSE results in 2007 with 74.8% of pupils achieving five or more passes at grades A to C and 66.2% receiving five or more grades A to C including maths and English. At A level 42.3% of papers were awarded an A or a B and the average UCAS points score per candidate was 783.8.
