SpiralScouts International is a youth organization in the United States for children of neo-pagan faiths (though it is open to others). It was created in 1998 by Heather Osterman-Thorne, who presented it to the Aquarian Tabernacle Church in 1999. The Aquarian Tabernacle Church sponsored the program and helped it grow after the Boy Scouts of America decided not to recognize the religious programs of the Wiccan faith as part of the BSA religious emblems programs.
