- Southeastern is a train operating company in the United Kingdom. It began operations in south-east England on 1 April 2006 as franchisee for the Integrated Kent Franchise (IKF), replacing the prior publicly-owned operator South Eastern Trains on the former South East Franchise. It serves the commuter routes to south-east London, Kent, and parts of East Sussex.
- サウスイースタン（Southeastern）は、イギリスの鉄道事業者で、ロンドンのヴィクトリア駅、チャリング・クロス駅、ブラックフライアーズ駅、キャノン・ストリート駅をターミナルとし、ロンドンの南東ケント州へと向かう電車路線を運営している。正式社名はLondon & South Eastern Railway Limitedだが、ブランド名としてはもっぱらサウスイースタンが使われている。 2006年4月1日よりGovia社の下での営業。Goviaはロンドンなどバス運行を手がけるゴー＝アヘッド・グループとフランスの公共交通運営会社のKeolisの合弁会社である。 現在、サウスイースタンが運行する路線は、イギリス国鉄民営化前はネットワーク・サウスイーストの一部分であった。民営化に伴い、1996年より仏系のコネックスがコネックス・サウス・イースタン(Connex South Eastern)という名前で営業していたが、2003年11月9日、戦略鉄道庁はコネックスの財務面の問題を理由にフランチャイズ運行契約を打ち切った。その後は戦略鉄道庁直轄のサウス・イースタン・トレンズとして、新しいIntegrated Kent Franchiseの運営事業者が決まるまで事実上、再国営化された。 このIntegrated Kent Franchiseの競争入札にはGoviaの他、バス鉄道大手のファーストグループ、 デンマーク国鉄とステージコーチの合弁会社、GNERと香港MTRの合弁会社が入札に参加した。 2009年の12月から、ロンドンのセント・パンクラス駅からCTRLを通り、アシュフォードやケント州の湾岸沿いへと向かう高速列車を運行する予定がある。ちなみに、その車両（Class 395）は日本の日立製作所でつくられている。
- Southeastern is een Britse spoorwegonderneming. Het bedrijf voert treindiensten uit in Londen en het gebied ten zuidoosten daarvan. Southeastern is sinds 1 april 2006 de exploitant van de nieuwe 'Integrated Kent'-concessie. Deze concessie werd eind november 2005 aan Govia, een joint-venture van Go-Ahead en Keolis, gegund. De concessie heeft een looptijd van acht jaar. Southeastern vervangt het voormalige South Eastern Trains. Vanaf december 2008 zal Southeastern ook binnenlandse hogesnelheidstreinen exploiteren over de Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Bij Hitachi zijn daarvoor 29 zesdelige treinstellen besteld.

Podobnie jak korzystająca z sąsiedniego obszaru koncesyjnego firma Southern, Southeastern jest wspólnym przedsięwzięciem dwóch grup transportowych: brytyjskiej Go-Ahead Group i francuskiej Keolis (za pośrednictwem ich spółki Govia). Pociągi przewoźnika zatrzymują się na 203 stacjach, z czego na 182 pełni on rolę administratora.
