Solid HarmoniE (also SHE) were a British pop girl group formed in 1996. Initially the band was made up of Rebecca Onslow, Melissa Graham and Mariama Goodman, however Goodman left in 1997 to care for her mother. She was replaced by Elisa Cariera. Goodman rejoined the band later in the year, and the group became a four-piece. The group was moderately successful, producing five singles and a self-titled album before disbanding in 1999.

Op dat moment bestond de groep uit Beki, Melissa Ashley Graham en Mariama Goodman. De single werd een flop, waarna Solid HarmoniE zich ging beraden op een andere sound. Tevens verliet Mariama de groep vanwege ziekte van haar moeder. Beki en Melissa gingen daarom op zoek naar een nieuw bandlid en vonden die in Elisa Frances Cariera. Mariama keerde na het herstel van haar moeder echter bij de band terug, waardoor Solid HarmoniE verder ging als viertal. De groep brak eind 1997 definitief door met de single I'll Be There For You en het naamloze debuutalbum, dat in Nederland de #1-positie behaalde en met goud werd onderscheiden. De sound van de band werd vanaf nu gekenmerkt door de productie van Max Martin, die al eerder werkte met o.a. Ace Of Base, de Backstreet Boys en Robyn. Andere hits van Solid HarmoniE waren I Want You To Want Me, I Wanna Love You en To Love You Once Again. Ondanks het succes van het eerste album werd er om onbekende redenen geen tweede gemaakt. Van Solid HarmoniE werd niets meer vernomen en de bandleden verdwenen uit de schijnwerpers. Melissa probeerde wel nog een solocarrière van de grond te krijgen, maar flopte. Mariama sloot zich aan bij het Britse trio Honeyz, maar deze band was ook al snel opgedoekt. Beki en Elisa probeerden nog met Jenilca Giusti om Solid HarmoniE nieuw leven in te blazen, maar dit mislukte eveneens. Deels kwam dit omdat ze voor hun tweede album geen platenmaatschappij konden vinden.
