Shelha, or Djerbi, is a language spoken by Berbers in Tunisia, particularly in the southern region. Many words in Shelha have been borrowed from Tunisian Arabic, while it has also contributed many words to that language.. It is not to be confused with Tashelhiyt, the language of the ašlḥi (pl. išlḥan) in the Sous in Southern Morocco, which has also been called Shilha.
