Network principals include Rabbi Mark S. Golub, who also founded the Russian Television Network as the first Russian-language channel for immigrants from the former Soviet Union; Bradford N. Hammer, who built up the Pennsylvania Cable Network (the nation's preeminent state public affairs service); and David Brugnone of Fox and Showtime networks.
