Skill Share workshops, though usually just one day long are a grass-roots form of knowledge sharing that fall under the larger rubric of self-organizing workshops. Format of the workshops: 3-4 day intensive workshops with participation from usually 10-20 people. The workshops benefit from the guidance of a mediator.
