Scott "Flip" Phillips (born Thomas Scott Phillips, February 22, 1973, Valdosta, Georgia) is the drummer for the bands Alter Bridge and the newly reformed Creed. Phillips joined Alter Bridge with fellow then-former Creed members bassist Brian Marshall and lead guitarist Mark Tremonti in 2004. He is a self-taught drummer, starting at age 18, and has also played piano and keyboards as well as the saxophone. On Creed's 2001 album Weathered, Phillips is credited with playing drums and keyboards.
