Santa Rosa Secondary School is a five-year secondary school in Santa Rosa, in the Barima-Waini region of northern Guyana. Established in 1992, it is the second secondary school in the region (The first was North West Secondary School in Mabaruma, in 1965). Entrance to the school is by competitive examination, and students may take the Caribbean Examinations Council examination, or CXC, upon graduation.

As of 2005 the school has some 264 students, of whom 72 are housed in a dormitory which was sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank. The 2009 enrollment has been reported to be in the 650 student range. A third wing was added over the summer of 2009. This added 9 more classrooms.
