Santa Fe or City Santa Fe is one of Mexico City's major business districts, located in the west part of the city in the delegaciones (boroughs) of Cuajimalpa and Álvaro Obregón. Paseo de la Reforma and Constituyentes are the primary means of access to the district from the central part of the city. Santa Fe consists mainly of highrise buildings surrounding a large shopping mall, which is currently the third largest mall in Latin America (Centro Comercial Santa Fe).

Opulentos fraccionamientos residenciales de reciente creación que contrastan con la pobreza rampante de las colonias populares y los antiguos pueblos localizados en sus inmediaciones, como San Mateo y Santa Rosa. Debido a la mala planeación inicial, al día de hoy sufre de severos problemas viales para comunicarse con el resto del Distrito Federal y su zona metropolitana. está habitada fundamentalmente por familias de nivel socioeconómico medio y alto.

På begynnelsen av 1990-tallet ble det lagt store planer for utbygging av både kontorer, boliger og skoler, men på grunn av den meksikanske finanskrisen i 1994, ble planene lagt på vent. Det tok nesten ti år før store utbygginger igjen fant sted. For tida er Santa Fe fortsatt i kraftig utvikling, og stadig nye skyskrapere skyter til værs.
