The Sandy/Salt Lake Line is a line in the TRAX light rail system in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, operated by the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). It is the first line in the TRAX system; the line opened on December 4, 1999, one year ahead of schedule after two years of construction. It serves the communities of Sandy, Utah, Murray, Midvale, South Salt Lake and Salt Lake City, and also has connections to the University Line, and future Mid-Jordan Line, and West Valley Line.
