Samuel George Armstrong Vestey, 3rd Baron Vestey, KCVO, DL is a British businessman who has been Chairman of the Vestey Group Ltd from 1995, and was Chairman of the Meat Training Council 1991-1995. The Honourable Samuel Vestey was born 19 March 1941, and succeeded to the peerage in 1954. He was educated at Eton College, and served as a Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.

Vestey was appointed Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (KCVO) in the 2009 Birthday Honours. He is a great-grandson of the famous opera singer Dame Nellie Melba.

Im Anschluss daran hatte er bis 2002 das Amt des Lord Priors inne, das zweithöchste Amt im Orden nach dem Großprior. Seit 1999 ist Baron Vestey außerdem Master of the Horse am Britischen Hof. Dabei handelt es sich heute um ein Amt mit im wesentlichen zeremoniellen Aufgaben; der Master of the Horse ist formell für die Royal Mews und alle Zeremonien zuständig, bei denen Pferde eine Rolle spielen. Hierzu gehört insbesondere Trooping the Colour, an dem der Master of the Horse stets zu Pferde teilnimmt. Vestey wohnt auf dem Stammsitz der Familie, Stowell Park Estate, in den Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, zu dem Ländereien von 24 km² gehören. Seine Frau Celia ist eine der Patinnen von Prince Harry.
