The Samma are a Baloch tribe settled in the provinces of Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan of Pakistan and Gujerat, India. The Jadeja and Chudasama sections in Gujerat are still Hindu. They are part of the larger Jamot tribe and speak the Seraiki, Balochi and Sindhi. A large number of the Samma tribe live in Sindh and other provinces of Pakistan. The former Chief Minister of Balochistan Jam Mohammad Yousaf is from the same tribe, he is Sardar and head of his Tribe.
