- S Club 3 are a touring band of three members, who in previous years were part of British pop music group, S Club 7. S Club 7 split during the peak of their musical success mainly in the United Kingdom and other European countries. The members who decided to get back together to tour are Jo O'Meara, Bradley McIntosh and Paul Cattermole. Paul split from the previous S Club 7 in 2002, a year before the whole band decided to cease recording together, not to his knowledge, to later rejoin bandmates to perform again. The other members of the band are working on different projects including musicals and television shows. On 12 November 2008, a bottle was thrown at lead vocalist Jo during their performance in Bradford; it left her with a severe cut to the head, requiring treatment at a nearby Hospital. A 20-year old man was arrested, and the attack was thought to have something to do with her performance on Celebrity Big Brother where nearlly 50,000 complaints were received about her and two other female contestants alleged rasict bullying toward Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. In a recent interview on GMTV, Jo told host Lorraine Kelly that the split with S Club 7 wasn't definite, and it would be good to record with her old bandmates again.
