S'Express (pronounced ess-express; sometimes spelled S'Xpress or S-Express; otherwise known as Victim of the Ghetto) were a British dance music act from the late 1980s, who had one of the earliest commercial successes in the acid house genre.

Mit der Single Theme from S'Express belegte er im April 1988 auf dem Höhepunkt der Acid-House-Bewegung für zwei Wochen Platz 1 der britischen Verkaufscharts. Auch in Deutschland wurde diese Single sehr erfolgreich, sie erschien sogar in den Stars und Hits des Jahres der 1988-Ausgabe. Dem Erfolg der ersten Single folgten zwei weitere Top-Ten-Hits, Superfly Guy und Hey Music Lover. 1989 veröffentlichte Moore zudem unter dem Titel Original Soundtrack ein Album, das starke Einflüsse der Disco-Musik der 1970er Jahre zeigte. Ein zweites Album, Intercourse, erschien 1990. Moore konnte jedoch nicht mehr an seine anfänglichen Erfolge anknüpfen. Erst 1996 erreichte er mit einem Remix von Theme from S'Express noch einmal Platz 14 der britischen Charts.
