- Rotterdam Terror Corps is a Dutch gabber group formed in 1993 that is known for its hard beats and is considered by many as a pioneer in the genre, for instance they created landmark songs such as, "God is a gabber", "Masters of Hardcore", "Unleash Hell" and "Rotterdam Hooligan". Originally formed by five Dutch DJ's, currently there are only two of the original left. DJ Petrov and DJ Rob left to pursue individual work, Reanimator (Patrick Moerland) produced the first album and left twice, the second time in 1995 permanently after an argument with DJ Distortion. DJ Distortion (George Ruseler) creates the music while MC Raw (Ricky Peroti) does vocals, these two are the ones now associated with the name Rotterdam Terror Corps. On stage the group is known for more than just music, with each live performance containing female strippers and pyrotechnics as well as commonplace symbols such as the skull with headphones. Rotterdam Terror Corps has also worked with many other DJs and producers, including Bass-D, The Headbanger, Neophyte, King Matthew, and DJ Macabre. Rotterdam Terror Corps has won several awards, most notably the two for Best Live Act and Best MC in 1996.

Bei Auftritten übernimmt DJ Distortion die Musik, MC R.A.W. mit RTSier zusammen die Vocals. Bei Produktionen wirken oft ihre Kollegen Bass-D & King Matthew mit. Ihre Live-Auftritte mit leichtbekleideten Tänzerinnen, und aufwändiger Pyrotechnik sind bei vielen Gabbers beliebt, für viele sind RTC Kult. Nachdem MC R.A.W. am 1. Februar 2003 wegen Sichelzellenanämie ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert wurde, wurde es still um RTC. MC RTSier hatte den Teil von MC R.A.W. während seiner mehrjährigen Abwesenheit übernommen. Seit seiner Rückkehr im Jahre 2004 auf der Party "Megarave" im Peppermill (Heerlen, Niederlande) nimmt MC R.A.W. wieder an Liveauftritten zusammen mit MC RTSier teil. Rotterdam Terror Corps bekanntes Markenzeichen ist ein weißer Totenschädel mit angedeuteten Kopfhörern.

Dj Petrov e Dj Rob se ne sono andati per una carriera solista, Reanimator (Patrick Moerland) produsse il primo album e se ne andò due volte, la seconda volta definitivamente dopo una discussione con DJ Distortion. DJ Distortion (George Ruseler) crea la musica, mentre MC Raw (Ricky Peroti) canta. Sul palco il gruppo è conosciuto per altro oltre che alla musica, le performance live contengono spogliarelliste e fuochi pirotecnici, e loro simbolo consistente in un teschio con le cuffie. I Rotterdam Terror Corps hanno anche lavorato con molti altri Dj e produttori, inclusi Bass-D, The Headbanger, i Neophyte, King Matthew e Dr Macabre. - Rotterdam Terror Corps (ook vaak afgekort tot RTC) is een hardcoreformatie die sinds 1993 bestaat. De groep produceert onder meer Hardcore house en Terror. De groep bestond oorspronkelijk uit DJ Distortion, MC Raw, DJ Reanimator, DJ Petrov en DJ Rob. DJ Rob en DJ Petrov verlieten het DJ team na de oprichting in 1993 redelijk snel. DJ Reanimator verliet de band in 1995 na eerder al eens gestopt te zijn. De andere twee bandleden gingen door en krijgen af en toe steun van semi-lid DJ Paul Elstak en bijna vaste producers Bass D & King Matthew Totaal bracht de formatie 8 albums uit onder verschillende labels, onder andere megarave. De formatie is bekend van zijn live-optredens. Deze zijn vaak erotisch getint met bijvoorbeeld naakte danseressen. Tegenwoordig is MC Raw minder actief als MC bij de formatie wegens sikkelcelziekte. Wel maakt MC Raw nog steeds muziek voor RTC en gaat hij met de grotere parties nog steeds mee. Het derde officiële lid is MC RTSier die de meeste optredens voor zijn rekening neemt.
