Fleming married Baroness Caroline Iuel-Brockdorff on 13 October, 2001 at the chapel of Caroline's family's castle, Valdemars Slot in Tåsinge, Denmark. They had two children, Alexander William and Josephine Margaretha Victoria (b. December 20, 2006) Josephine's godmother is Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
