Meeks played high school football for the Robert E. Lee High School Generals in Jacksonville, Florida. Meeks played collegiately for Arkansas State University and in the pro ranks for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Ottawa Rough Riders and Toronto Argonauts, all in the Canadian Football League.
