Jennifer Hudson announced the winner and Robyn Troup immediately went onstage to perform "Ain't No Sunshine" and "My Love" with Justin Timberlake. Troup attended school at T. H. Rogers School and Yates High School (both in Houston). She is currently enrolled at University of Southern California. She previously auditioned for American Idol Season 6 during Summer 2006. She made it past the initial site auditions to the "Hollywood" selection phase later in 2006, but was cut in the second (group) round. The episode showing this was first aired on February 13, 2007. Since winning the "My Grammy Moment" contest, Troup has been performing at venues such as Chevy's Freedom Over Texas Fourth of July Fireworks and HEB's Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade and recording music. She currently produces her own YouTube video series with friend Cindy, mixing performances of original songs and covers. Troup updates her MySpace page with original music, photos, news and more.
