Howard Holt "Red" Blair (February 21, 1900 – November 30, 1947) was an American football and basketball player, coach, and college athletics administrator in Ohio and Missouri. He served as the head football coach of the University of Akron from 1927 to 1935 and at Southwest Missouri State College, now Missouri State University, from 1938 to 1946, compiling a career college football record of 82–50–12.
