Ravi Vetrivel (born 28 Oct 1970 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka) is a Film Director, Screenwriter, Cinematographer and Editor. Directed landmark films such as Sathi (2007) and Appaa (2008). Both are feature films produced in Toronto, Canada. Ravi moved to Canada in 1992 from Sri Lanka because of the civil war. Currently he is working on a feature film "En Kanmani Priya", starring popular Tamil actress Vadivukkarasi. This film is expected to be September in July 2010.
