Qishan County is a county of Baoji, Shaanxi, China. It is the site of the first capital of the Zhou Dynasty called Zhouyuan. Historically, this site has also been called Qiyi or Qishan. It is located in Fengchu township on the weishui river south of Mt. Qi. A museum is now built over the site.
