Puyo Puyo Fever 2 is the sixth installment of the Puyo Puyo series and the second game in the Fever series, following on from Puyo Pop Fever. It was released for the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable on November 24, 2005, and for the Nintendo DS on December 24, 2005. Unlike the first Fever game, it was not released outside of Japan, nor ported to any more platforms. The game advances in animation, graphics, and character appearances.
