- The Provisional Government of Autonomous Siberia (PGAS), was an ephemeral government for Siberia created by the White movement. After the Bolsheviks' seizure of power in Petrograd, All-Siberian Extraordinary Congress of Delegates from Public Organizations, was convened in Tomsk on December 7, 1917. SR-dominated assembly refused to recognize Soviet authority or its decrees, and during its last session on December 15 called for the convocation of an “all-socialist” Siberian Regional Duma and appointed a Provisional Siberian Council, answerable to the Duma, that would “act as a government. ” The opening of the Duma was set for January 8, 1918. As it happened, the Duma could not open on the date the congress had set for it for lack of a quorum requiring that a minimum of one third of the delegates, or ninety-three, be present. Many of the delegates had already been arrested by local Bolshevik authorities; others had not been able to reach Tomsk. When three weeks later, on the night of January 28–29, some forty delegates finally succeeded in meeting, they expeditiously elected a government known as the Provisional Government of Autonomous Siberia (PGAS), under the chairmanship of a young Socialist-Revolutionary P. Derber. Of the PGAS' twenty ministers, only six had been present at the founding meeting of January 28–29. Two had been in Bolshevik prison, and the rest were scattered throughout Siberia and north China and were chosen in absentia, without their prior consent. Some of them, including Derber, quickly fled to the Far East; others went into hiding. After the overthrow of Bolsheviks in Siberia by Czechoslovak Legions and Russian officers organizations, the decision to form the Provisional Siberian Government (PSG) was made on June 29, 1918, in Omsk, at a meeting featuring several members of the PGAS who were still in Western Siberia, including Petr Vologodskii, who was appointed chairman of the Council of Ministers in the new government. PSG participated with the Komuch in the State Conference held in Ufa between 8 - 23 September. Some of the 170 delegates also represented other smaller regions. The Komuch suffered two significant defeats while the conference was in progress, losing Kazan on 10 September and Simbirsk two days later. The conference established the short-lived Provisional All-Russian Government (PA-RG). It effectively ended with the execution of the White leader Aleksandr Kolchak on February 7, 1920.
- Il Governo provvisorio della Siberia autonoma (PGAS), o in totale Governo social-rivoluzionario-menscevico provvisorio della Siberia autonoma, è stato un effimero governo fantoccio instaurato in Siberia, creato dal movimento bianco. È entrato in vigore il 29 giugno 1918 durante la guerra civile russa dopo un colpo a Vladivostok e dopo che le Legioni Cecoslovacche ebbero preso il controllo del territorio all'inizio di giugno, ed il 7 entrarono a Omsk che divenne la sede del Governo. Il 17 luglio il Governo proclama la Repubblica di Siberia, la quale però sarà sciolta il 3 novembre per ordine del generale e Capo di Stato Aleksandr Vasil'evič Kolčak e del Governo provvisorio pan-russo, che non intendevano attuare una secessione dalla Russia ma lottare per una Russia unita antibolscevica. Il 22 dicembre durante una breve rivolta a Omsk, Kolčak allontanò i menscevichi dal governo e governò con poteri dittatoriali fino alla fine, il 7 febbraio 1920 quando con la morte del dittatore bianco il governo fu sciolto e la Siberia conquistata dai bolscevichi dopo la breve esperienza del Governo provvisorio del Priamurye. Ad est nei territori protetti dall'esercito giapponese vi erano due Stati, uno cosacco e uno Ucraino, lo Stato cosacco di Transbaikalia dell'Atamano Grigorij Michailovič Semënov con capitale Cita, e l'Ucraina Verde di Roman von Ungern-Sternberg, che furono però in cattivi rapporti con il Governo provvisorio della Siberia autonoma in quanto essi volevano la secessione dalla Russia.
- De Voorlopige regering van autonoom Siberië was een kortstondige vazalstaat voor Siberië die werd gevestigd door de witten op 29 juni 1918 tijdens de bolsjewistische revolutie, na een staatsgreep in Vladivostok en die feitelijk weer werd opgeheven op 7 februari 1920 toen de Witte Legerleider Aleksandr Koltsjak werd vermoord. Het had haar bestuurlijk centrum in Omsk.
- Временное Сибирское правительство. Второй справа внизу — председатель Пётр Васильевич Вологодский. Вре́менное Сиби́рское прави́тельство — название ряда политических структур, действовавших на территории Сибири во время Гражданской войны в России. Так, Сибирским Временным правительством называла себя организация, созданная в Томске 27 января 1918 года на конспиративном совещании нескольких членов Сибирской областной думы (разогнанной Томским совдепом за день до этого). В организацию вошли эсеры, сибирские областники, народные социалисты, меньшевики. Возглавил данное правительство эсер П. Я. Дербер. На пост министра иностранных дел был избран Вологодский, министра здравоохранения — Крутовский, военного министра — А. А. Краковецкий, министра внутренних дел — Новоселов, министром финансов — Ив. Михайлов, министром снабжения и продовольствия — Серебренников, министром юстиции — Патушинский, министром народного просвещения — Ринчино, министром торговли и промышленности — Колобов, министром путей сообщения — Устругов, министром труда — Юдин, министром туземных дел — Тибер-Петров, министром экстерриториальных народностей — Сулим, государственным контролёром — Жернаков. Так как формирование правительства происходило подпольно, большая часть членов правительства была выбрана заочно и не давала согласие на своё участие в нём, а часть вообще не знала о своих «министерских постах». В марте Дербер вместе с рядом других членов организации, перебрался в Харбин, затем в июне — во Владивосток, где Временное Сибирское правительство было преобразовано во Временное правительство автономной Сибири, известное также как «группа Дербера». В июле во главе данного правительства встал И. А. Лавров. В октябре 1918 года эта организация самораспустилась, признав власть омского правительства. 31 мая 1918 г. , после падения советской власти в Томске в результате выступления Чехословацкого корпуса было создано новое Сибирское Временное правительство, главой которого стал П. В. Вологодский. Кроме Вологодского членами ВСП стали Г. Б. Патушинский, И. А. Михайлов, М. Б. Шатилов и В. М. Крутовский. 3 ноября оно передало власть Уфимской Директории.
