Haydarpaşa Garı ile trenyolu bağlantısı mevcuttur. Limana uğrayan, ağırlığı 2000 grostondan az olan gemiler için römorkör alma şartı yoktur. Römorkör hizmeti 24 saat mevcuttur. Limandaki konteyner kara terminalinin alanı 55.000 m, yıllık tutma kapasitesi 52.800 TEU'dur. Dökme yük tesisinin kapasitesi 34.000 tondur.
