The latest managing board was confirmed at the company's 20th shareholders' assembly on June 24, 2009. It currently includes the following individuals: Predrag Mihajlović, Miroslav Pešić, Mladen Sermenti, Jovan Koprivica, Jovan Simić, Živko Baljkas, Slobodan G. Marković, Sonja Licht, Branimir Dimitrijević, Slobodan Bogunović, Milan Mišić, Bajram Omeragić, Prof. Zarko Trebjesanin, opera singer Radmila Smiljanic and writer Milorad Pavic. The board is structured such that one member is the government's representative (currently Jovan Simić), one member represents small shareholders (currently Baljkas), a number may be proposed by the government, and all Board members need to be confirmed by shareholder's assembly. All current members have been proposed and elected at 20th Shareholder's Assembly held on June 24, 2009. From April 2, 2007, Politika AD company is trading on Belgrade Stock Exchange.
