Polish legislative election, 1938 that lasted from 6 to 11 November was the last elections in the Second Polish Republic. Obóz Zjednoczenia Narodowego (Camp of National Unity) - coalition of Sanacja faction - won with 164 (or 161) seats in the 230 (or 208) Sejm (parliament) and all 64 in the Senate of Poland, thanks to the April Constitution, drafted by and favouring the Sanacja faction. The rest of the seats (47) went to non-party members, many of them from ethnic minorities.

El partit més votat fou el Camp d'Unitat Nacional (Obóz Zjednoczenia Narodowego) - coalició de la facció Sanacja – que va a obtenir 164 (o 161) escons de 230 (o 208) al Sejm (parlament) i els 64 en el Senat de Polònia, gràcies a la Constitució d'abril, elaborada per a la facció Sanacja. La resta dels escons (47) no va ser als diputats independents, molts d'ells pertanyents a minories ètniques (principalment jueus i ucraïnesos).
