- Pol Cruchten (born 30 July 1963) is a Luxembourgian film director and producer. His film Hochzäitsnuecht was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1992 Cannes Film Festival.
- Pol Cruchten ist ein luxemburgischer Filmregisseur, Drehbuchautor und Produzent. Pol Cruchten war immer ein begeisterter Cinéphiler. 1978 half er, den Ciné-Club des Jeunes de la Ville de Luxembourg zu gründen. Er besuchte die Ecole Supérieure d’Etudes Cinématographiques (ESEC) in Paris, und studierte Regie. Danach arbeitere er für verschiedene Zeitungen und Radiosender als Filmkorrespondent. 1990 arbeitete er hauptsächlich für Videopress, für die er auch den Film Hochzäitsnuecht drehte. Im Jahr 2001 konnte sich Cruchten seinen Traum erfüllen, den Film Boys on the Run mit Ron Perlman in einer Hauptrolle in den USA zu drehen.
