Pleistarchus or Plistarch (d. 458 BC) was the Agiad King of Sparta from 480 to 458 BC. He was the son of Leonidas I and Gorgo. For the early part of his reign, his cousin Pausanias, acted as regent because Pleistarchus was not of age.

Wann Pleistarchos die Königsherrschaft antrat, ist nicht genau bekannt. Es wird angenommen, dass dies spätestens mit dem Tod von Pausanias 467 v. Chr. geschah, vermutlich jedoch schon um 477 v. Chr. Er muss 458 v. Chr. ohne männliche Nachkommen gestorben sein, da in diesem Jahr Pausanias’ Sohn Pleistoanax König wurde.

Pausànies va romandre a la regència fins a la seva mort a una data propera al 467 aC. Probablement llavors Plistarc ja estava en condicions d'assolir el govern per edat, i segons Pausànies va morir poc després però segons Diodor de Sicília va morir el 458 aC. El va succeir Pleistoanax.
