Sus experiencias musicales pasadas son diversas, en esto influye que Jonás guste de bandas como Sepultura, Soda Stereo y Mano Negra, y Rosso de Antonio Carlos Jobim, John Coltrane y música clásica en general. Se conocieron mientras jugaban al Super Nintendo en un Wal-Mart. Jonás es el vocalista y guitarrista, y Rosso se encarga más del proceso creativo proporcionando la instrumentación y ocasionalmente las vocalizaciones de fondo. Hasta el 2008 han realizado cuatro álbumes de estudio, y desde su éxito debut Niño Bomba, han obtenido éxito por parte de la crítica y comercialmente también. El grupo frecuentemente mezcla varios estilos de música como lo es el rap, el dance y el rock mientras que cambian de inglés a español, así como otros idiomas variados en la misma canción.
