- It's Christopher's first full day working for PhoneShop so Ashley and Jerwayne attempt to teach him some tricks of the trade.
- The arrival of area manager, Razz Prince, sets everyone on edge. Lance attempts to prove to the staff that he isn't boring, while everyone else prepares for a big night out.

- Lean times have hit the high street, and everyone is feeling the pinch. As Ashley and Jerwayne attempt to make some extra money on the side, Shelley goes on the warpath, and Janine finds herself socialising with the cream of Croydon society.
- As a 'Personality Greeter' is added to the staff roster, and a busking saxophonist vies for Janine's affections, Ashley realises a lifelong ambition; while Jerwayne finds that race can still be a barrier to love.
