Jim Jones to Osama bin Laden, a book on what he describes as "destructive cult leaders". Olsson won the 1979 Judith Baskin Offer Prize for his paper "Adolescent Involvement with the Supernatural and Cults. " In 2006, Olsson appeared in a documentary on "cults" on the History Channel: "Decoding the Past".
