Percy Herbert, 2nd Baron Powis (1598 – 19 January 1667) was a British nobleman, politician and writer. He was the son of William Herbert, 1st Baron Powis (1573?–1655), and Lucy Eleanor (d. 1650). He was named after the surname of his maternal grandfather Henry Percy and belonged to a recusant branch of the Herbert family living in Powis Castle. Herbert served as Member of Parliament for Shaftesbury from 1621 to 1622.
