In 1993, she took part in the London revival of the musical Hair, alongside John Barrowman and Sinitta. Most recently she toured with Mike Oldfield as solo singer on his European tour and joined him to perform for Tubular Bells III Premiere Live Performance in London and for the millennium in Berlin, this was released as The Art in Heaven Concert. She also provided vocals for the Oldfield album The Millennium Bell. For many years, Pepsi has resided in Wellington, New Zealand, where she was working in a gift shop on Lambton Quay. She now resides in Norwich, UK, with her husband. In 2000, Pepsi and her former singing partner Shirlie Holliman returned to the top of the UK singles chart providing backing vocals on the Geri Halliwell hit Bag It Up.

Il se reforme en 1999, le temps d'un enregistrement, pour assurer les choeurs de Bag it up de Geri Halliwell.
