Paul Rabil (b. December 14, 1985, Gaithersburg, Maryland), and went to DeMatha Catholic High School, is a professional lacrosse player with the Washington Stealth of the National Lacrosse League and the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse. Rabil played his collegiate lacrosse at the Johns Hopkins University. He plays the midfielder position. Rabil was a member of the 2005 and the 2007 NCAA Championship winning Blue Jay teams.

Rabil was selected, as one of the five finalists for the 2007 and 2008 Tewaaraton Trophy, awarded to the "Most Outstanding" collegiate lacrosse player in the United States. During the 2007 season, Rabil scored two game winning goals, one against Princeton, the other against University of Maryland. In 2008, Rabil scored six goals and recorded one assist in a losing effort against Syracuse in the 2008 National Championship game. Two days later, Rabil was selected 1st overall by the Boston Cannons in the 2008 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft. Paul Rabil was drafted 2nd overall in the National Lacrosse League entry draft on September 6 in Boston.
