Le pastoralisme en zone de montagne connaît un recul continu, la pression du tourisme conduit beaucoup d’éleveurs à se tourner vers des activités touristiques, plus lucratives. Paradoxalement, c’est le pastoralisme qui représente l’un des attraits touristiques majeurs de ces régions.
