The UK hub, one of the country's largest buildings, is a highly automated tracking and sortation centre covering 43 acres (170,000 m) which can handle up to 40,000 parcels an hour. Parcelforce Worldwide was the first express carrier in the UK to give its customers the option of sending their parcels carbon-free.
