About: P. Rajendran

P. Rajendran is an alumnus of IIT, Delhi. Rajendran executes to perfection and, as Chief Operating Officer, oversees the day-to-day operations as well as the organisation-building function at NIIT. Rajendran is building NIIT into a world-class organisation by ransforming it into an Information-based congenial worknest. He is responsible for conceiving innovative HR practices and structures which have helped NIIT emerge as one of the most preferred employers in Indian Industry.
