Ci si può limitare alla scaletta o gestire in modo dinamico tutto il testo, o un insieme di testi. Altri software dedicati a questa tecnica organizzazione dati, come ListPro sono disponibili sia per PC Desktop con Windows, sia per PC parlmare con Pocket PC o Palm. In questo modo è possibile mantenere sincronizzati i dati.
