- Raiford Chatman "Ossie" Davis oli yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä ja elokuvaohjaaja. Hän voitti Emmyn ja oli ehdolla Golden Globen saajaksi. Georgian osavaltiossa syntynyt Davis aloitti uransa teatterissa ja teki elokuvadebyyttinsä vasta vuonna 1950. Hänet muistetaan esimerkiksi useista Spike Leen teoksista. Ohjaajana hän teki itse viisi elokuvaa 1970-luvulla. Hän oli myös tunnettu mustien oikeuksien puolestapuhuja.
